John Cavan – Director
Calling Worcester, Massachusetts his hometown, John Cavan came up producing, filming and
editing some of the most iconic snowboard movies for Eastern Edge Magazine and Grenade
Gloves. That led to a job with Rome Snowboards, where he filmed and edited three movies while
managing their global pro team. Soon after, he relocated to the west coast where he became the
Director of Video for Snowboarder Magazine and since moving on from Snowboarder, he has
been working on a wide range of video projects, including ESPN’s World of X Games. Also of
note is that he does all of this in a classic Boston Red Sox hat.
